Grace Episcopal Preschool is open from September through May following the same holiday and bad weather days as Georgetown
Independent School District.
Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. All children ages 2 through 5 are
eligible for our program.
Children are placed in classes according to their ages on September 1st of the current year. Grace Episcopal Preschool
does not take any drop-in or part time children.
2010-2011 Tuition
There is a monthly tuition fee of $140.00 for the 2-day class or $190.00 for the 3-day class. Tuition can be paid in
full on the 1st of the month or divided into two 1/2 payments
due on the 1st and 15th of each month. A $10.00 late fee will
be accessed for payments not received by the 10th and the 25th (for split payments) of each month. Families with 2 or more
children enrolled at the same time receive a $10.00 discount off the monthly rate for each additional child.
Full tuition is due each month regardless of the number of days expected to be in attendance. No deductions are made
for holidays, illness, or vacation time.

Registration Fees
A non-refundable registration fee of $65.00 for the two day program and $80.00 for the three day program is required
of each child upon enrollment. If at any time you withdraw from the program and then wish to return at a later time during
the year, there will be another registration fee due. After each child is enrolled in the program and has attended, a registration
fee cannot be transferred to another child.
Priority for admission is given to children who are presently enrolled, siblings of those children, teacher’s
children, and members of Grace Episcopal Church. A waiting list will be compiled once a class has been filled. The registration
fee is not required to place a child on the waiting list, but is paid upon enrollment
